LISTEN: Ballagh Eroc manager responds to complaint to Minister

Jacqueline Mullen, the manager of the Abbeyfield Hotel emergency reception and orientation centre in Ballaghaderreen, has responded to the damning complaint written by about ten refugees in the centre.

In October, the group wrote to Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan threatening to take legal action over alleged problems in the centre.

In an email released under the Freedom of Information Act, with personal details omitted, they also claim there was an alleged assault of a staff member over the food at the EROC.

However, Ms Mullen has strongly defended the centre in a detailed interview.
