Gardaí in Roscommon are investigating criminal damage that was caused to car on Friday night.
At about 11.20pm, a homeowner heard noise outside his property at Cloontuskert, near Ballyleague, and saw a car drive off at speed.
When he went outside, he noticed damage to his own vehicle, with glass broken and damage to the driver’s side.

It’s believed a weapon was used in the incident.
No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
