The man who died in yesterday’s single-vehicle crash in Ballaghaderreen has been named as 25-year-old local resident Stephen Coleman.
The crash happened shortly after 8 o’clock yesterday morning at Magheraboy at the R293 Ballaghaderreen to Gurteen road.
He was the sole occupant of a van, which it’s believed hit a tree.

Mr Coleman was a popular young man, who worked as a roofer, and was from Drumacoo, Edmondstown, just outside Ballagh.
Michael Scally is a local resident and former councillor.
