Two people are being treated in hospital in Mullingar following a collision near Ballymacormack graveyard outside Longford town last night.
The accident happened around 10 0′ clock last night near the junction between the graveyard road, and R397 between Longford and Ballymahon.
A man and a woman in their 70s who were in the car were taken to hospital for treatment, but their injuries are not understood to be life-threatening.

A man and woman travelling in the truck are understood to have been uninjured.
