Two men are due back in court this week charged in connection with a drugs seizure made in Longford last week.
The foreign nationals, aged 32 and 43, appeared at a special sitting of Longford District court last Friday night following a garda raid on a house near Longford town centre at which cannabis worth allegedly over €170,000 euro was discovered.
The men were both charged under section 15 of the Misuse of drugs act and were remanded in custody to appear again before Harristown District Court this Friday.
