Longford Westmeath Deputy Peter Burke says he believes the report from the Policing Authority which is due out in a few weeks will help to clarify issues in an Garda Siochana.
The Fine Gael TD who is also a member of the public accounts committee which has interviewed the garda commissioner about previous breath test and other scandals, says he is anxious to see what the independent body will say in their report on the police force.
