A total of 26 properties in the Shannonside region will be auctioned in BidX1 auctions later this month.
The most expensive are commercial properties in Drumshanbo and Longford town, which have guide prices of more than €200,000.
Just three business properties in the Shannonside region will go under the hammer in BidX1’s commercial auction on February 28th.
A total of €225,000 is being sought for a premises known as Cara Pharmacy in High Street, Drumshanbo.
The two-storey property, which measures 2,200 square feet, is currently leased for €28,000 a year.
A similar two-storey building in Earl Street, Longford town, is currently securing €33,800 in rent from Bruce Betting and Foróige, and BidX1’s guide price for it is €200,000.
The only other local commercial lot that’ll be auctioned that day is 40 acres of land at Moydow, Co Longford, which has a guide of €200,000.
Residential auctions are being held on February 22nd and 23nd and 23 local properties will go under the hammer, including a partially complete house at Parkowen, Co Roscommon, with a reserve of just €15,000.
